The challenge
Twenty-one recorded leak points across a 1,840 m² roof, over racking that could not be moved. The client needed the building operational throughout and had budgeted across two financial years.
What we did
A full condition survey produced a costed schedule split into immediate, year one and year two. Works were phased in six bays, each sheeted and completed within a week, with all deliveries and access out of trading hours. Gutter lines were relined rather than replaced where the profile allowed.
Result
All twenty-one leak points closed. The phased schedule let the client spread the cost across two budget years without leaving the building exposed in the meantime.
