Roofers who survey
before they quote
Eleven people working out of a yard in Carrigaline. Directly employed crews, no labour-only subcontractors on domestic work.
Most roofing complaints come down to the same thing: somebody priced a job from the ground. You cannot see nail sickness, perished underlay or a rotten rafter end from a driveway, and a quote written without seeing them is a guess with a number on it.
We survey at roof level and in the roof space before quoting, photograph everything, and hand the photographs over whether you use us or not. It costs us half a day and it is the reason our quotes rarely move once signed.
