Flat roofs fail for two reasons: standing water and movement at the joints. Falls are the fix for the first — a flat roof should never be flat — and choosing a system that suits the deck movement is the fix for the second. We build up firrings where the falls are wrong rather than laying a new membrane over a puddle.
How we do it

Assess
Deck condition, existing falls and where water is currently sitting.

Strip & firr
Old covering removed, deck repaired, firrings fixed to create falls.

Insulate
Warm-roof build-up where the specification calls for it.
- 04
Lay
EPDM bonded as a single sheet, or GRP laminated in place and cured.

Detail
Upstands, trims and outlets finished, then flood-tested where practical.
Roof Repairs
Leaks, slipped slates, failed flashing and storm damage — found properly before anything is replaced.
