Insulation is only half the job — the other half is ventilation. Stuffing insulation into the eaves blocks the airflow that keeps the roof space dry, and you trade a heating bill for a condensation problem. We maintain a clear ventilation path at the eaves and specify to suit whether the roof space is used or not.
